For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals. While I'm extensively trained in traditional therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, bio/neurofeedback, anxiety & OCD therapy, and more, my expertise doesn't stop there. I've immersed myself in the study of the neuroscience behind cognition and emotion. This deep understanding enables me to blend traditional methods with cutting-edge knowledge, equipping patients with the tools to comprehend and skillfully navigate their thoughts and feelings.
